Seasonal. Fresh. Local. Dining at The Chilko Experience is a taste of the wild blended seamlessly with seasonal home comforts. For 2023 we are happy to announce the return of our celebrity Chef Victor Bongo, who will grace our plates with his marvellous culinary creations, the quality of which have seen him become a celebrated and decorated chef across Canada and beyond. Chef Bongo warms the cockles and satisfies every palate with 3 sumptuous meals a day, with ingredients sourced locally, organically and from our on site greenhouse. The setting for your feasting experience is the grand dining room of Tim’s house, where a grand chandelier, solid maple dining table and floor to ceiling windows are the perfect accompaniment to fantastic food, with views over rolling lawns that sweep their way right up to the mountains. If you like to nibble a little closer to nature, we can arrange for al fresco dining anywhere on our luscious estate.
